- provide environmentally friendly solutions to economic problems.

EcoInvest ™ works with researchers to develop new environmentally friendly technology ventures in which its members may invest.

EcoInvest ™ invests primarily in equity securities of privately held companies that have some or all of the following characteristics:
- a qualified management team capable of adapting to the rapidly changing business environment;
- an innovative business model with a practical strategy for rapid acceptance by the market;
- well-defined market economies;
- growth potential with no obvious category leader; and
- distinctive products or services that are capable of timely market introduction.
